Newly appointed Minister of Energy Hon. Makozo Chikote, MP this afternoon met the Rural Electrification Authority Board of Directors and Senior Management as part of his orientation programme.

The Minister called on the corporate management team to ensure a culture of service above self is enhanced in the workplace.

“We are in these positions because of the ordinary citizen who deserves the best from all of us,” he said.

The Minister emphasized on the need to ensure that all workers contribute towards the betterment of the country particularly citizens in rural areas.
